The AiSEPTRON team was delighted to present our work at the 1st World Congress, 5th Brazilian Congress and 5th São Paulo Congress on Pediatric Urgencies and Emergencies, held in São Paulo, Brazil. The meeting brought together clinicians, researchers, and innovators from around the world who share a common goal — improving emergency and critical care for children.
At the conference, we presented an e-poster and an oral presentation highlighting our ongoing work developing AI-driven tools to support earlier recognition of paediatric sepsis and serious infection in emergency care settings. The discussions and interest from international colleagues reinforced the growing importance of safe, clinically meaningful AI solutions that support frontline decision-making and improve outcomes for children.
It was a fantastic opportunity to exchange ideas, build new connections, and learn from others working across paediatric emergency medicine, critical care, and digital health innovation. We are grateful to have been part of such an inspiring international meeting focused on advancing care for acutely unwell children.
